A Level Chemistry - Subject Code: AS/A 1110

The AS level Chemistry course is designed to develop essential knowledge and understanding of many scientific principles.  It is the keystone to all other scientific subjects and also affects wider ranging topics including Geography and Technology.  The specification was created to lessen the level of complexity for pupils and is now a reinforcement and extension of previous GCSE material.

Chemistry is vital, for highly sought after university courses, including Medicine, Dentistry and even some forms of Engineering.  Choosing Chemistry as an AS course opens doors to immeasurable opportunities in many fields of employment.
