Geography at St. Louis has developed into one of the most popular options for our students at GCSE, AS and A2 levels. Geography is compulsory at Key Stage 3, where a dedicated team of teachers prepare the students with a sound foundation for the demands of GCSE and Sixth Form study.
With up to 60% of the GCSE students opting for Geography and 50% of the Sixth Form opting for AS and A2 Geography, the department has built up a wide and varied resource base. Indeed, the teaching-staff includes GCSE, AS and A2 Assistant Examiners with CCEA NI.
It is the aim of this department to offer an interesting and enjoyable experience of Geography, as well as helping students achieve their full potential through excellent examination results.
