Construction of a new 2 storey post primary school on the same site as the existing St Louis Grammar School located at 151 Newry Road, Kilkeel BT34 4EU. Site works include a new 3G GAA pitch, 2 grass GAA pitches, 3 tennis courts and 3 handball courts. Other site works include car parking with separate drop off and pick up provision. The existing vehicle entrance will be retained and widened to facilitate single entry and dual exit for cars. Adjacent is a separate boulevard proposed for pedestrian access leading to the main entrance of the school building. Dedicated bus parking accessed by a new entrance and exit off Newry Road will be provided along the western boundary of the site. This road will extend towards the south of the site for maintenance and emergency vehicle access.
